What is organic?
Organic products are made without fertilizers, pesticides, antibiotics, genetically modified organisms, additives, growth hormones, sewage sludge, or irradiation. Manufacturers of these products can only make organic claims in advertising and marketing materials, if the product(s) have obtained an organic certification.
Is the fabric Funkoos uses “certified” organic cotton?
Yes, all of our products are produced from 100% organic cotton as certified by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).
Does organic fabric require special washing?
No, you may wash the clothing normally as you would any other piece of clothing that does not require dry cleaning. We recommend you use cold or warm water, a mild detergent so as not to irritate your little one’s skin, and dry on a medium heat so as not to cause any undue shrinkage.
How do I know what my child’s clothing size is?
The best way is to consult our children’s sizing chart next to the product picture. Funkoos clothing tends to run true to size and neither too big nor too small
But what if I don’t know the child’s weight or height?
Then the best way to buy is by age. This can also be found on our sizing chart. (link to chart page)
Will Funkoos clothing shrink?
There may be a small amount of shrinkage, but we recommend that you do not dry the clothing on high heat; Medium to low heat will allow your clothing to remain true to its size for the first few times it is put through a wash & dry cycle.

What is your return policy? ?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, we’ll change a color or size, refund your purchase, or change to a preferred style. We will even pay for return shipping. Simply call us at 1888-600-2066 or email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return pre-paid label. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging and drop it at any USPS location nationwide. We deliver to anywhere in the United States and Canada, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Where can I find my shipping information?
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address, including the specific carrier information and tracking number if applicable.

We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
Do you ship overseas?
Only over the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii and over the Atlantic Ocean to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Other than that, no.
